Hi! I’m Gina, a food enthusiast and serious online shopper. I’m half German, half Italian, and I live for a good deal. Traditional loyalty programs always left me disappointed: they’re slow, complicated, and full of fine print that makes rewards hard to redeem. Earning points, climbing tiers, and getting little in return? No thanks.
I love shopping online, and when I find a brand that fits my body type and style, I stick with it. That’s why I wanted a loyalty experience that actually rewards repeat purchases, without hoops to jump through.
I have a background in marketing/PR, and business administration. I moved from France to New York City for university and masters and fell in love with big-city energy: the coffee, skyscrapers, the sushi, the West Side Highway, and endless authentic restaurants.
When I’m not working on Loya, you’ll find me at a farmer’s market, a new coffee shop, or a great restaurant–basically anything food-related.

Hey, I’m Geoffroy, originally from the south of France. I’ve always been drawn to innovation technology like AI, payment infrastructure, and anything high-tech.
I moved from the south of France to London for university where I studied economics and coding. I have experience in fintech and payment methods. When I’m not working on Loya, I’m probably at the gym, catching up with friends, or doom-scrolling on X.
Loya started with a simple, recurring question: how do you keep customers coming back? A conversation with a small business owner in Monaco, struggling with retention, sparked more research and further conversations, and I realised the pain is universal. As a former fintech operator, I saw an opportunity to help both sides: a tool that gives shoppers real value and helps merchants increase repeat purchases.
