Loya helps shoppers get more value, and helps merchants keep their customers coming back—without coupons or discounts.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loya’s website, app, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Loya. By using the Service, you confirm that you’re eligible and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. How Loya Works

When you pay using Loya at participating merchants:

• You may earn a percentage of your purchase amount as store-locked cashback (“Loya Balance”).

• Your Loya Balance is redeemable only with the same merchant where it was earned.

• Loya does not issue cash refunds or allow transfers of rewards between stores or users.

5. Payments and Fees

There are no fees for using Loya as a shopper. Merchants pay a small service fee only when a transaction occurs. Loya does not hold your money—payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

You’re responsible for keeping your account information safe. If you notice unauthorized activity, notify us immediately at hello@useloya.com.
We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment processors to keep your data secure.

7. Prohibited Activities

Please don’t:

• Use Loya for illegal or fraudulent transactions.

• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair reward advantages.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the Service.

If we detect misuse, we may suspend or close your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loya Labs Inc. and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware.
